- 2 c. cooked yellow squash
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell (unbaked)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Combine squash, sugar, butter, spices and salt.

2Stir in eggs and milk.

3Pour into pastry shell.

4Bake at 400° for 50 minutes. Knife should come out clean when tested.
