- 1 doz. eggs
- 1 qt. half and half
- 1 qt. whole milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. dark rum
- 1 pt. applejack brandy
- 1 pt. whipping cream
- nutmeg
Directions

1Separate eggs.

2Set egg whites aside.

3Beat egg yolks; add brandy, one tablespoon at a time while continuously beating (should look like thin custard when done).

4Stir in half and half, milk and sugar.

5Stir in rum.

6Whip cream until stiff and fold in mixture.

7Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture. Refrigerate.

8Shake before serving.

9Sprinkle nutmeg on before serving.
