- 6 celery ribs, diced
- 2 onions, diced
- 4 c. water
- salt to taste
- 3 c. rice
- 6 c. hot tap water
- 2 c. mushrooms
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 tsp. saffron
Directions

1Place chicken in a large pot with margarine.

4Cook until translucent. Add 4 cups of water and salt. Cook until tender.
