- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 chorizo sausages sliced
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 2 slices sourdough toasted
- mixed salad to serve
Directions

1Heat oil in a medium frying pan over low heat. Add chorizo and cook, stirring, for 8-10 mins or until lightly crisp and cooked. Remove pan from heat and immediately add honey, vinegar and garlic. Stir to combine and season to taste.

2Place sourdough on serving plates and top with chorizo mixture. Serve warm with salad.
