- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 lb. confectioners sugar
- 1 lb. caramels
- 8 c. coarsely chopped pecans
Directions

1Combine marshmallow cream, sugar and vanilla, kneading the last of the sugar gradually.

2Shape into 8 rolls, 1 inch in diameter.

3Wrap and put in freezer overnight.

4Melt caramels in double boiler, adding a teaspoon of water at a time, until thick sauce-like consistency and all caramels are melted.

5Remove from heat, but keep over hot water.

6Dip rolls into caramels, then roll in chopped pecans.

7Press firmly into caramel with hands.

8Let cool.

9Keep in refrigerator.
