- 4 doz. oysters (two 12 oz. cans)
- 1 small can condensed milk
- 1 small onion, diced
- saltine crackers
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. diced celery
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
Directions

1Saute celery and onion in oil.

2Grease large casserole dish with butter.

3Layer with crackers, half of oysters, celery, onion and part of butter.

4Sprinkle pepper over this.

5Blend 2 eggs with chicken soup and milk.

6Pour half of mixture over layers.

7Repeat layers again.

8Let stand 5 minutes.

9Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 325°.

10Beat 2 eggs.

11Remove the casserole from oven and top with eggs.

12Bake another 5 to 10 minutes.
