Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. powdered milk
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 c. warm water
- 4 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix the first 5 ingredients with an electric mixer.

2Let this rest for 15 minutes.

3Add oil and salt.

4Add enough flour to make dough easy to handle.

5Knead for at least 5 minutes.

6Let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, covered.

7After rising, punch down; knead a little and divide into 1-inch balls (have greased hands and pan ready).

8Use a 7 x 11-inch size metal pan.

9Let rise to double bulk, about 1 hour.

10Bake about 15 minutes at 375°.
