- 6 c. rolled wheat
- 2 c. untoasted wheat germ
- 2 c. coconut
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 to 2 c. brown sugar
- 2 c. cashews
- 1 c. oil
- 1 c. water
- 3 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix first 7 ingredients well.

2Add oil, water and vanilla and mix well again.

3Bake for 2 hours at 225° or until golden brown. Stir often while baking.
