- 2 lb. rolled oats or more
- 1/2 c. sesame seed
- 1/2 to 1 c. raw sunflower seed
- 1 c. wheat germ
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil (more or less)
- 1 c. honey (more or less)
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- dried fruit
Directions

1In large pan (roaster bottom) toast oats at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.

2Stir occasionally to prevent scorching.

3Add sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and wheat germ.

4Mix and toast 10 to 15 minutes.

5Mix in vegetable oil, honey and vanilla.

6Toast 5 to 10 minutes more.

7Remove from oven.

8Add dried fruit.

9Cool and store.
