Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. soy flour
  • 7 c. oatmeal
  • 1 c. wheat germ
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. slivered almonds
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1/2 c. applesauce

Directions

    Mix all ingredients by hand in large bowl.

    Spread evenly on cookie sheets.

    Bake at 275° until coconut is lightly browned (approximately 1 hour).
