Ingredients

  • 5 c. regular oats
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. raw sunflower seeds
  • 1 1/2 c. raw wheat germ
  • 3/4 c. raw sesame seed
  • 1 1/2 c. raw shredded coconut
  • 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1/2 c. slivered almonds
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. cold water
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 c. oil

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients and then add water, vanilla and oil.

    Mix well and spread on a cookie sheet.

    Bake at 300° for about an hour.

    Stir frequently.

    Should be light brown when done.
