- 5 c. regular oats
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. raw sunflower seeds
- 1 1/2 c. raw wheat germ
- 3/4 c. raw sesame seed
- 1 1/2 c. raw shredded coconut
- 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. cold water
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. oil
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients and then add water, vanilla and oil.

2Mix well and spread on a cookie sheet.

3Bake at 300° for about an hour.

4Stir frequently.

5Should be light brown when done.
