Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 c. rolled oats; big flakes
  • 1/2 c. shaved coconut
  • 1/3 c powdered skim milk
  • 1/3 c. each of raw sunflower seeds, pecans, hazelnuts, almonds (can add more if desired)
  • 1/3 c. canola oil
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    1. preheat oven to 250

    2. mix dry ingredients together

    3. microwave honey and oil. add vanilla. wisk until well blended.

    4. pour liquid ingredients over dry and mix thoroughly.

    5. put in baking pan with sides. cook for at least an hour, stirring every 15 min.

    6. cool stirring periodically.
