- 1/3 C brown sugar
- 1/2 t salt
- 4 t vanilla
- 5 C rolled oats
- 2 C chopped nuts
- Dried fruit
Directions

1Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

2Mix first four ingredients together in large bowl. Stir in oats, then nuts. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour oats mixture into pan and compress into tight layer with a potato masher. Cook for 35 minutes. Let cool then break up and mix in dried fruit.
