  • 3 cups Quick Oats
  • 1 cup Slivered Or Chopped Almonds
  • 1 cup Pecans
  • 3/4 cups Shredded Coconut
  • 1/3 Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/3 cups Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cups Oil
  • 3/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 cup Raisins

Directions

    Preheat oven to 250 F.

    In a large bowl, combine the oats, nuts, coconut, brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice

    In a separate bowl, combine maple syrup, oil, and salt. Combine both mixtures and pour onto 2 rimmed sheet pans.

    Cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to achieve an even color.

    Remove from oven and transfer into a large bowl. Add raisins and mix until evenly distributed.
