- 1 cup Slivered Or Chopped Almonds
- 1 cup Pecans
- 3/4 cups Shredded Coconut
- 1/3 Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1/3 cups Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cups Oil
- 3/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1 cup Raisins
Directions

1Preheat oven to 250 F.

2In a large bowl, combine the oats, nuts, coconut, brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice

3In a separate bowl, combine maple syrup, oil, and salt. Combine both mixtures and pour onto 2 rimmed sheet pans.

4Cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to achieve an even color.

5Remove from oven and transfer into a large bowl. Add raisins and mix until evenly distributed.
