- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup raisins
- 12 cup oil
- 12 cup brown sugar
- 14 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Directions

1Preheat oven to 250.

2Mix first 5 ingredients in a big roasting pan.

3Mix the next ingredients in a bowl and pour over the mix in the roasting pan.

4Stir to make sure everything is wet.

5Bake in the oven for around an hour or lightly toasted, stirring every 15 minutes.

6This will store well, we usually eat it all before it goes stale.
