- 3 c. old fashioned oats, uncooked
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 1 c. flaked or shredded coconut
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts (I like almonds)
- 1/2 c. sesame seeds or sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/4 c. honey
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2In large bowl mix all ingredients thoroughly.

3Bake on large cookie sheet 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.

4Stir occasionally.

5Cool and stir with fork until crumbly.

6Store in covered jar.

7Serve with dried apricots, raisins, dates and yogurt.
