Ingredients

  • 3 c. old fashioned oats, uncooked
  • 1/2 c. wheat germ
  • 1 c. flaked or shredded coconut
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts (I like almonds)
  • 1/2 c. sesame seeds or sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. honey

    Preheat oven to 325°.

    In large bowl mix all ingredients thoroughly.

    Bake on large cookie sheet 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.

    Stir occasionally.

    Cool and stir with fork until crumbly.

    Store in covered jar.

    Serve with dried apricots, raisins, dates and yogurt.
