- 100 g rolled oats
- 25 g wheat germ
- 20 g coconut
- 25 g walnuts (Chopped)
- 20 g sunflower seeds
- 15 g sesame seeds
- 18 teaspoon cinnamon
- 35 g brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- 3 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 18 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 275 degrees.

2Mix first 7 ingredients together.

3Add the oil to the mixture and blend thoroughly.

4Mix the brown sugar and hot water together and microwave for 1 minute to make sure the sugar is melted.

5Then add the vanilla and salt to the brown sugar mixture.

6Pour over the oats mixture and blend thoroughly.

7Evenly spread the mixture on to a cookie tray or jelly roll pan and bake for 50 minutes.

8Check the granola after 20 minutes and mix it around with a spatula.

9Continue baking for another 30 minutes.

10Let it cool completely before storing.
