  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 8 c. oats
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 to 2 c. nuts (any kind)
  • 1 c. seeds (if desired)

Directions

    Mix together the oil and honey in large bowl. Add the oats, coconut, nuts and seeds. Mix well and place in 2 large Pyrex dishes. Sprinkle each dish with 1/2 cup brown sugar. Bake at 200° to 225° for 1 to 2 hours, stirring about every 15 minutes. Cook until a golden brown or desired crunchiness. Cool and store in airtight containers.
