Ingredients

  • 6 c. rolled oats
  • 2 c. rolled wheat
  • 2 c. nuts
  • 1 c. sunflower seeds
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 3/4 c. nonfat dry milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. wheat germ
  • 1 c. sesame seed (optional)
  • 1 c. light oil
  • 1 c. honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • dash of cinnamon

Directions

    Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.

    Combine oil, honey and vanilla in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

    Mixture will froth up.

    Remove from heat.

    Add dry ingredients.

    Spread on 2 cookie sheets and bake at 350° until golden brown.

    Allow to cool.

    Store airtight.
