- 4 lb. 11 oz. rolled oats (quick cooking)
- 2 1/2 lb. brown sugar
- 1 lb. 10 oz. peanut granules
- 1 qt. raisins
- 1/3 c. coconut
- 4 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 qt. vegetable oil
- 1 qt. water
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.

2Pour vegetable oil and water over dry ingredients; mix well.

3Spread thinly on sheet (18 x 26-inches).

4Bake in slow oven at 300° for 45 minutes, stirring twice to toast evenly.

5Let cool.

6Serve with milk as a presweetened ready to-eat cereal or serve dry as a snack.
