- 3 c. oats
- 3/4 c. sunflower seed
- 3/4 c. wheat germ
- 3/4 c. peanuts
- 3/4 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. raisins
Directions

1Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.

2Mix well.

3In a saucepan, heat remaining ingredients, except raisins.

4Add the hot mixture to the ingredients in the bowl.

5Spread this mixture on a lightly greased cookie sheet.

6Bake at 250° for 45 to 50 minutes. Stir mixture every 15 minutes.

7Stir raisins into baked mixture. Cool.

8Store in airtight container.

9Yields 1 1/2 quarts granola.
