  • 2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (12 oz.) container sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes

Directions

    Combine butter or margarine, soup and sour cream. Blend well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cook in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until slightly browned.
