Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 lb. old fashioned rolled oats
  • 3 to 4 c. chopped raw nuts (almonds, cashews, hazelnuts and walnuts)
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 1 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 1/2 c. honey
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. maple flavoring

Directions

    Mix oats, nuts and salt.

    Blend remaining ingredients together well and mix into oats.

    Bake at 225°.

    Turn every 1/2 hour until golden.

    Add raisins when cool.
