  • 7 to 8 c. rolled oats
  • 1 c. wheat germ
  • 1 c. honey
  • 1 c. Bran Buds
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 c. sunflower seeds
  • 1 c. sesame seed
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla

Directions

    Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.

    Mix honey, oil, water and vanilla together.

    Add to dry ingredients.

    Mix well. Spread thinly in baking pans.

    Bake at 200° until dry, stirring occasionally.
