- 2 cups quick oats
- 1 cup flour
- 12 cup shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 cup melted coconut oil
- 14 cup soymilk
- 14 cup real maple syrup
- 12 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 12 cup raisins
Directions

1Mix all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl.

2Stir in chocolate chips and raisins.

3In a 4 cup measuring cup, wisk together the coconut oil, soy milk and maple syrup.

4Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well.

5Mixture may seem a bit dry.

6Press firmly into a 9x13 pan.

7Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes.

8Cool 10 minutes.

9Cut into squares, but do not remove from pan until completely cool.
