  • 1 c. honey
  • 1 c. peanut butter
  • 3 1/2 c. rolled oats
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. grated carrots
  • nuts (if you like)

Directions

    Stir and heat honey and peanut butter until melted.

    Remove from heat.

    Add oats, raisins and carrots; mix well.

    Press into 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Cut in squares.
