Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cups Wheat Germ
  • 3/4 cups Brown Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 cup Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 cups Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cups Raisins
  • 1/2 cups Molasses
  • 1/2 cups Vegetable Oil
  • 1 whole Beaten Egg

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 F.

    Mix together all but the last 3 ingredients (molasses through egg). Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the last 3 ingredients. Mix together well with a fork until all is well blended.

    Press the mixture into a well greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. Cut before cooling. I recommend that you cut them into 12 slices (approximately 4.5 x 1.5).

    Remove bars from the pan when cooled.
