- 4 c. raw oats (Quaker)
- 1 c. chopped nuts (like almonds, walnuts or sunflower)
- 1 c. seedless raisins or 1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 c. sesame seed
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 1/2 c. dry milk powder
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 2/3 c. salad oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Lightly grease 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch jelly roll pan.

2In large bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly.

3Spoon mixture into prepared pan.

4With oiled fingers, press out firmly and evenly into pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden.

5Cool at least 2 hours before cutting or they will fall apart.

6Makes 32 bars at 195 calories each.
