Ingredients

  • 4 c. raw oats (Quaker)
  • 1 c. chopped nuts (like almonds, walnuts or sunflower)
  • 1 c. seedless raisins or 1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 c. sesame seed
  • 1/2 c. wheat germ
  • 1/2 c. dry milk powder
  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 2/3 c. salad oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Lightly grease 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch jelly roll pan.

    In large bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly.

    Spoon mixture into prepared pan.

    With oiled fingers, press out firmly and evenly into pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden.

    Cool at least 2 hours before cutting or they will fall apart.

    Makes 32 bars at 195 calories each.
