- 4 cups Oats, (old Fashioned Not Instant)
- 1 cup Oat Groats
- 1 cup Almonds (slivered Or Sliced)
- 1 cup Flaked Unsweetened Coconut
- 1 cup Cranberries
- 1/4 cups Flax Seeds
- 3 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds
- 1 cup Butter
- 1-13 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 pinch Kosher Salt
- 13 cups Cream
- 13 cups Honey
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Prepare a sheet pan with a silpat or parchment.

2In a large bowl, combine the oats, groats, almonds, coconut, cranberries, flax seeds and sesame seeds.

3Set aside.

4In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.

5Add the sugar and salt to the melted butter.

6Stir until the sugar has melted.

7Add the cream and stir until the caramel is smooth.

8Pull the pot of the heat and dump the bowl of oats into the pot.

9Add the honey to the pot.

10Stir the granola mixture with a large wooden spoon.

11The granola should get pretty well coated with the caramel mixture, but the baking process will spread the caramel further.

12Spread the granola over the prepared sheet pan, and press it down firmly with a spatula.

13Bake the granola at 325F for about 25-30 minutes, rotating the pan half way through.

14When you remove the granola from the oven, it should be dark golden brown.

15Let it cool for about 15-20 minutes.

16Then turn the pan upside down onto a cutting board, and turn the granola out in one sheet.

17Peel the paper or silpat off the bottom.

18The bottom will be caramely and crispy.

19Cut the granola into pieces.

20Store them in Tupperwear or package in cellophane bags and tie with a ribbon.
