- 2 c. rolled oats
- 2 c. oat bran
- 1/2 c. sliced almonds
- 1/2 c. sunflower seeds
- 1/2 c. sesame seed
- 1/2 c. shredded coconut
- 1/4 c. nonfat dry milk
- 2 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 box brown sugar
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1 tsp. maple flavoring
Directions

1Heat oil, honey, flavoring and pour over all other ingredients. Pour into a large cookie sheet.

2Heat in oven for 45 minutes at 300°.
