Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/3 c. brown sugar
  • 4 1/2 c. old-fashioned oats, uncooked
  • 1 c. wheat germ
  • 1/2 c. nonfat dried milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. (8 oz.) dry roasted peanuts
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. dried mixed fruits, cut
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. dried pitted dates, cut

Directions

    Combine honey, peanut butter, oil and brown sugar in a saucepan; heat until it comes to a simmer.

    Preheat oven to 300°. Combine all remaining ingredients and mix well.

    Spoon mixture into rectangular pan and bake 30 to 35 minutes.

    Cool and store in airtight container.
