- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 4 1/2 c. old-fashioned oats, uncooked
- 1 c. wheat germ
- 1/2 c. nonfat dried milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. (8 oz.) dry roasted peanuts
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. dried mixed fruits, cut
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. dried pitted dates, cut
Directions

1Combine honey, peanut butter, oil and brown sugar in a saucepan; heat until it comes to a simmer.

2Preheat oven to 300°. Combine all remaining ingredients and mix well.

3Spoon mixture into rectangular pan and bake 30 to 35 minutes.

4Cool and store in airtight container.
