- 4 c. quick oats
- 2 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- nuts, raisins and dates (optional)
Directions

1Mix together quick oats, wheat germ, coconut, cinnamon and brown sugar.

2Add the honey and mix with fingers.

3Add oil and vanilla and mix.

4Spread on an ungreased cookie sheet.

5Bake at 325° for 20 minutes.
