  • 4 c. quick oats
  • 2 1/2 c. wheat germ
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • nuts, raisins and dates (optional)

Directions

    Mix together quick oats, wheat germ, coconut, cinnamon and brown sugar.

    Add the honey and mix with fingers.

    Add oil and vanilla and mix.

    Spread on an ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake at 325° for 20 minutes.
