- 1 1/2 c. rolled oats
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 c. flaked coconut
- 1 c. shelled sunflower seeds
- 1/2 tsp. apple or pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 c. butter flavored syrup
- 1 c. carob coated raisins
- 1 c. banana chips
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 300°.

2In a large bowl, combine the oats, walnuts, coconut, sunflower seeds and pie spice; mix well.

3Pour the syrup over the oat mixture, stirring well.

4Spread the mixture in a single layer on a lightly greased jelly roll pan.

5Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

6Cool completely.
