  • 16 ounces raw sunflower seeds
  • 16 ounces raw pepitas pumpkin seeds
  • 16 ounces raw almonds
  • 2 ounces cashews
  • 2 ounces melon seeds
  • 2 ounces crispy goji berries
  • 8 ounces bing cherries
  • 4 ounces blueberries
  • 16 ounces raisins
  • 16 ounces unsulfured dried apricots
  • 2 ounces green raisins
  • 12 cup molasses
  • 14 cup agave nectar
  • 14 cup walnut oil
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Directions

    Mix molasses, agave nectar and oil together

    Mix nuts and seeds together blend the two.

    Spread on cookie sheet one layer of thickness.

    Mix together and set aside dried fruits.

    Preheat oven 400 degrees.

    Roast for 15 to 20 mins

    Remove and WHILE STILL WARM fold in dried fruits.
