  • 3 cups organic rolled oats
  • 1 12 cups chopped pecans
  • 12 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 13 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons local honey
  • 13 cup light-tasting olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

    Measure grains, nuts, seeds, and spices into a large bowl.

    Add brown sugar, honey, and olive oil.

    Stir (I use my hands) until oil is evenly distributed through the oats.

    Spread out on large baking sheet (you can use parchment paper).

    Bake at 300 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.

    Take out of oven when granola looks toasty brown.

    Let granola cool in pan, and store in an airtight container.
