- 3 cups organic rolled oats
- 1 12 cups chopped pecans
- 12 cup pumpkin seeds
- 13 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons local honey
- 13 cup light-tasting olive oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions

1Measure grains, nuts, seeds, and spices into a large bowl.

2Add brown sugar, honey, and olive oil.

3Stir (I use my hands) until oil is evenly distributed through the oats.

4Spread out on large baking sheet (you can use parchment paper).

5Bake at 300 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.

6Take out of oven when granola looks toasty brown.

7Let granola cool in pan, and store in an airtight container.
