1Wash leaves, stuff by placing meat mixture in the center, folding sides over and roling up losely. Pack into pan. Good to put ribs in bottom of pan with grapeleaves, place a dish on top when finished. Cover with water and juice from 2 lemons and cook on slow heat until water is cooked up. Serve.
