- 1 pkg. giant shells, cooked and drained
- 2 1/2 lb. Italian sausage, fried and drained
- 4 pkg. chopped frozen spinach, cooked and drained
- 1 c. shredded Feta cheese
- 1 large pkg. Ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs
- parsley flakes
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Beat Ricotta cheese with eggs and parsley flakes.

2Mix spinach and sausage into cheese.

3Stuff shells and place, open side down, in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan that has been sprayed with Pam.

4Cover with Prego or Ragu spaghetti sauce.

5Sprinkle with powdered Parmesan. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.

6This freezes well for later use.
