  • 1 pkg. giant shells, cooked and drained
  • 2 1/2 lb. Italian sausage, fried and drained
  • 4 pkg. chopped frozen spinach, cooked and drained
  • 1 c. shredded Feta cheese
  • 1 large pkg. Ricotta cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • parsley flakes
  • 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c. shredded fresh Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Beat Ricotta cheese with eggs and parsley flakes.

    Mix spinach and sausage into cheese.

    Stuff shells and place, open side down, in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan that has been sprayed with Pam.

    Cover with Prego or Ragu spaghetti sauce.

    Sprinkle with powdered Parmesan. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.

    This freezes well for later use.
