Grape-Nuts Custard Pudding

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • nutmeg and cinnamon to taste
  • 1 qt. milk
  • 6 to 7 heaping Tbsp. Grape-Nuts

Directions

    Beat the eggs.

    Add sugar, salt, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon and milk.

    Stir in the Grape-Nuts.

    Place in a greased casserole dish, in a pan of water, in 350° oven for 1 hour or until custard is set. (The water should reach at least 1-inch up on the dish.)
