- 1 regular pie crust recipe
- 5 to 5 1/2 c. Concord grapes
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 pat margarine
Directions

1Pop middle out of grape skins; save skins.

2Put pulp (middles) in saucepan and bring to a boil.

3Simmer 5 minutes.

4Put hot pulp through colander or food mill to remove seeds.

5Combine strained pulp with skins.

6Add sugar, flour and salt.

7Pour into unbaked crust.

8Dot with margarine.

9Add top crust with slits, lattice or circular cut outs on top of pie.

10Bake at 425° for 35 to 45 minutes.
