  • pastry for 2 pie crusts
  • 3 Tbsp. instant tapioca
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 5 c. seedless grapes, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. water

Directions

    Make pastry for 2 crust pie.

    Mix tapioca, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar together.

    Mix in grapes. Fill pie shell. Dot with butter and add water.

    Put top pastry crust on.

    Flute edges. Cover edges with tinfoil.

    Slit top crust in 6 places. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325° for 40 minutes.
