- 2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar

- 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
Directions

1In a medium bowl combine the chopped grapes, shallot, thyme, sherry vinegar, sugar, oil, salt and pepper. Transfer to a small serving bowl and set aside. Makes 2 cups.
