Grapefruit Pie

- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. grapefruit juice
- 1 c. evaporated milk (Milnot)
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
Directions

1Break eggs into the pan you are going to cook in; add sugar and beat well.

2Add juice and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

3When it boils, remove from heat and add jello.

4Set aside until it begins to congeal.

5(In the refrigerator speeds it up.) Place the 1 cup evaporated milk in a bowl in the freezer. When it gets ice crystals around the edge, whip it until it is stiff and add it to the jello mixture.

6Fold it together well and fill your baked pie shells.

7Chill until well set.

8Makes one large or two small pies.
