  • chocolate bar 1 milk
  • 1 5/8 cups flour
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 natural yogurt
  • 4 eggs
  • 5/8 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • margarine to grease
  • flour for dusting

Directions

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

    Grease a bundt cake pan with margarine, and dust with flour.

    Grate the chocolate bar, and set aside.

    In a bowl, add the flour, sugar, yogurt, eggs, oil, and baking powder. Beat well until obtaining a homogeneous and very smooth batter.

    Add the grated chocolate, and mix with a spoon.

    Pour the batter in cake pan, and bake for about 40 minutes.

    Remove from the oven, unmold, and let cool.
