  • 1 lb. round steak
  • 1 tsp. tenderizer
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 envelope (1 oz.) onion gravy mix
  • 1/3 c. butter

Directions

    Preheat oven to 475°.

    Sprinkle steak with tenderizer; let stand 10 to 15 minutes.

    Sprinkle salt and garlic.

    Place gravy mix and slices of butter on top of steak; wrap in aluminum foil. Bake for 25 minutes.

    Reduce oven to 375° and bake for 1 hour or until tender.
