  • 2 teaspoons Pulverized Coffee Beans
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 2 cups Water

Directions

    Put the coffee, sugar and water into an electric food and drink heater, and stir the mixture lightly. Switch the heater on and wait for the mixture to boil.

    As soon as the liquid starts to bubble, switch the heater off. When the bubbling settles, switch the heater on again. Repeat two more times.

    Pour the liquid into cups, splitting the crema between the cups. Serve with chilled water.

    Note: You can also use a stove-top briki or a pot. Instead of switching it off, lift it from the heat.
