- cubed or ground lamb
- 1/2 c. rice
- 1 c. stock (lamb, chicken or fish)
- thyme
- sage
- oregano
- basil
- black pepper
- chopped parsley
- garlic
- red wine
Directions

1Fry onion until wilted.

2Fry chopped lamb.

3Add rice to fried onion and meat.

4Fry it briefly.

5(Cubed lamb should be stewed in stock, red wine and all herbs until tender.) Add stock with all herbs.

6Reduce heat and cook for 20 minutes.
