  • 1 box mincemeat
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1 pkg. dates
  • 1 pkg. candied yellow pineapple
  • 1 pkg. candied cherries
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. flour

    Cook mincemeat in water for 1 minute.

    Combine all remaining ingredients; pour mincemeat mixture over other ingredients.

    Mix well.

    Pour into greased and floured baking pan. Bake at 250° for about an hour or until toothpick comes out dry.
