- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. cardamon
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 c. apple, peeled and grated
- 2 tsp. grated orange rind
- 1/2 c. raisins, plumped in hot water
- 2 c. cooked rice
Directions

1Cook onion in butter until tender.

2Add cardamon, orange rind, butter, apple and raisins.

3Cook 5 minutes.

4Add to 2 cups cooked rice and serve immediately. Serves 6.
