Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 12 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 12 cup raisins
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
  • 1 13 cups soy protein powder, unflavoured
  • 14 cup cocoa powder
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons stevia powder (pure)
  • 12 cup molasses
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla
  • 12 cup peanut butter

Directions

    mix together first 8 ingredients (dry) in a large bowl.

    mix together last 4 ingredients in a smaller bowl.

    combine the wet with the dry and stir.

    The mixture may seem a little dry but it will combine.

    spray an 8x8 baking pan with olive oil spray.

    press dough into pan evenly; it will be dense.

    bake for 10 minutes at 350.

    let cool and cut into 16 squares.
