Ingredients
- 1/2 head lettuce
- 1/2 bunch radishes, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 12 calamata (Greek style) olives
- 8 anchovy fillets
- 1/3 c. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1/2 unpared cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1/2 lb. Feta cheese, cut into 1/2-inch wedges
- 1/4 c. white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Tear the lettuce into bite size pieces. Toss with cucumber, radishes and onions.

2Arrange lettuce, vegetables and tomatoes in salad bowl. Garnish with olives, cheese and anchovies; refrigerate.

3Shake remaining ingredients in tightly covered jar; refrigerate.

4Shake dressing and pour over salad. Toss to serve.
